How long have you been in this business?

We have been in contracting business for over ten years. We have completed more than 2000 commercial and residential projects.

Will you obtain the permits and set up the inspections required for this job?

Most remodeling projects requiring some change in the structure of the home do require permits. We will obtain the permits and set up the inspections required.

Can I see your certificate of insurance?

We have both worker’s compensation and liability insurance. We will present our certificates upon request.

What is our timeline for completion?

That depends on the size and specifications of your project. We provide free estimates. After the free consultation,  we will inform you about our timeline for completion.

How will you clean up at the end of the day?

Whether the project lasts one day or several weeks, end-of-day clean-up is taken care of by our crew. Trash will be removed and disposed. Stray items like nails from floors and outdoor areas will be picked up by our crew. All surfaces that got dusty during construction will be wiped down at the end of every work day.

How will additional charges be dealt with?

We won’t charge you anything over the initial estimate. Home improvement projects may be unpredictable at times. Once a project starts, additional requirements may arise or you may change your plans. We won’t  go over your agreed-budget without obtaining your approval first.

What steps will you take to protect my property?

We use tarps to cover large furniture items and surfaces in work areas.  Our crew members wear shoe coverings when entering properties. We provide suggestions regarding items that you should move to the other areas in your home to protect them from damage.  We close or lock doors as necessary when entering and leaving your home.

Is there a warranty for your service or for the materials you’ll be using?

We offer 1-year warranty on our work. Materials used have a manufacturer’s warranty. If you need a detailed information on manufacturer’s warranty, let us know before your project begins.
